Trudeau speaks about minorities being the victims like if no others could be. Then the question is in which groups are mainly the perpetrators to be found.

Two examples:

1. US – interracial violence

This meant a black person was 27 times more likely to attack a white person than vice versa. A Hispanic was eight times more likely to attack a white person than vice versa.”

2. UK – ”easy meat”
