Incredibly bizarre video published by Yevgeny Prigozhin. He went to Russia's Ministry of Defence to hand over the signed agreement which would allegedly subordinate Wagner PMC to the Ministry of Defence. Prigozhin and Shoigu are playing a game of intrigue.
