Vilken förståndsmässigt normalutvecklad, hederligt sinnad och ansvarstagande vuxen som lever i verkligheten och inte i en ideologiskt infekterad lögn, skulle kunna ha mage att förneka dessa lika tidlösa som maktpåliggande ord? Uttalandet kommer för all framtid att betraktas som lika relevant som just nu och ha betydelse för samtliga nationer med anspråk på en status som civiliserade, demokratiska rättsstater.
