After imprisonment, the person will be hanged but just before he dies (monitored by a doctor in order not to be too late) the process is stopped and then the stoning part follows. Even blasphemy/heresy which is a capital sin can result in this kind of punishment.

Blasphemy is already a crime for example in Denmark but probably also in other western countries. Burning the Quran may today result in a fine but already tomorrow in imprisonment and the day after tomorrow hanging and stoning as add on to the imprisonment. Is that what we want?
